- How big are your pizzas?
- Our pizzas are baked in an 10×14 pan. Each full pie weighs 2.5 lbs to over 4 lbs (depending on topping). One whole pizza comes with 8 slices and typically serves 2-4 people.
- What kind of pizza do you serve?
- At UPC, we specialize in detroit-style pizza. This style is a pan pizza with crispy cheese edges. For more information on our pizza, serving sizes, etc please visit.
- How can I order online?
- If you are trying to order from our restaurant for take out, delivery, or curbside you can visit www.UndergroundPizza.co and place an order there. If you are trying to order for one of our pop-ups or drops please visit www.UndergroundPizza.co/PopUps
- What is a pop up?
- A pop-up is when we bring the pizza party to you. We partner with a restaurant outside of the immediate area of our shop and we bring all of our ingredients down and cook pizzas fresh out of that restautant’s ovens.
- What is the difference between a pop up & a drop?
- For pop-ups, we are cooking the pizza out of another location. Drops are a delivery to a large group of people to a specified location. We sometimes partner with local stores / businesses or sometimes its just a meeting point. We cook the pizzas at our shop. Hot hold them in catering bags, and deliver them hot and fresh to that location.
- Do you take reservations?
- For parties of more than 7, we can take reservations, but otherwise all seating handled on a first come, first serve basis.
- Do you make gluten free pizza?
- We are excited to be offering a line of pizzas that will be made using GF ingredients. All pizzas will be cooked in GF only pans and handled with GF only tools, but they will not be cooked in GF only ovens. Due to the nature of our business and the day to day operations, we are unable to guarantee no cross contact, so these GF pizzas are not safe for those with severe gluten allergies.
- Can I make a custom pizza?
- As far as our pizzas go, we make mods and additional toppings available based on certain factors. What you see available is what we can do. If you wish to not have a topping included due to allergies, we can make that adjustment. The one thing we can’t do is make our pizza with “no cheese”. If you have a dairy allergy, we have vegan options available that utilize vegan cheese.
